Vauxhall has teamed up with TV show ‘Britain’s Next Top Model’ to stage a national roadshow to drive sales of its Tigra coupe amongst young women. The roadshow, hosted by the presenter of the programme, Lisa Snowdon, will visit four major shopping centres throughout the UK from the end of April. Shoppers will be able to watch catwalk shows featuring past contestants from the programme and will be encouraged to enter into a modelling competition by submitting their picture onto a Vauxhall Tigra website.

| Fragrance manufacturer Coty promoted its adidas Action 3 anti-perspirant deodorant with a live campaign at the recent Flora London Marathon. On Marathon day, Brand Ambassadors wearing giant deodorant-shaped backpacks stood at busy sites around the marathon route distributing free adidas Action 3 samples and money-off coupons from custom- branded ad-bikes. In the coming weeks, teams of adidas Action 3 sampling hit squads will be touring commuter hubs, gyms, university sports facilities and outdoor events.

| Lastminute.com targeted commuters and passers-by at stations and city centres last month in an experiential campaign to encourage winter holiday bookings. Teams of actors dressed as holiday reps in the brand’s signature pink uniforms, staged mock holiday excursions and ‘welcome drinks’ events for passers by. In rush hour, the actors handed out postcards about winter holiday offers and encouraged consumers to enter a prize draw for a seven-night holiday.

| Budget airline easyjet drove an orange double-decker ‘easyjet holiday fun bus’ aroundManchester this month to celebrate the airline’s new routes from the city’s airport. On board, beach games, music and dancers created a strong holiday feeling. The bus made its way through Manchester stopping off at various well-known locations where Brand Ambassadors invited passengers on-board to win flights, holidays and other goodies.

BEcause has created a revolutionary experiential showcase for Sony at the newly opened Heathrow Terminal 5. We’ve designed the experience to be both visual and sensual – a place where consumers are encouraged to immerse themselves in new and future Sony products.
One of the main products showcased is the Sony Cyber Shot Camera featuring Smile Shutter Technology; automatically taking photos once everyone in the frame is smiling. Visitors to our experience zone are invited to have their photo taken and watch it become a personalised e-card for them to email to friends around the world. Photos are also uploaded onto the Sony PS3 photo gallery allowing them to become part of the experience zone itself.
Elsewhere we’ve set up displays of future Sony products including the amazing Sony Rolly dancing mp3 players and the beautiful Oled wafer thin high resolution screens. Business products, entertainment technology and Walkmans are also on show where hands-on discovery is encouraged under the guidance of our experienced BA’s.
