Online travel company lastminute.com is extending onto the high street with the imminent launch of a store in Covent Garden. There is much speculation that the store will not be a traditional travel agency and instead will have a strong focus on experiential marketing with interactive video screens and the smell of sun cream drifting through the air conditioning.
